Returns & Refund Policy

We accept returns of unused and closed products within 30 days of purchase. To return an item, please follow these steps:

2. Pack the item in its original packaging.
3. Include a copy of your receipt or email confirmation in the package.
4. Ship the package to the following address:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product to ensure that it is unused and closed. If the product meets our return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

RETURN CRITERIA

* The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
* The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
* The product must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt and the reply from our team regarding your return request.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not returnable:

* Opened or used products
* Products that are damaged or defective
 

SHIPPING COSTS

You are responsible for the delivery costs of returning the product. We recommend that you ship the product with a tracking number so that you can track its status.
